I believe in meeting people where they’re at--even if it’s rock bottom. I believe in radical acceptance, unconditional care, and creating a non-judgmental space when it comes to mental health.
I believe in personal growth and mental health management without shame. I believe in proletarianism, equity, abolition of carceral systems, and social justice for all. I strive to be anti-racist and culturally competent.
I am a queer, kinky, immigrant. I have spent my career working in inpatient and outpatient settings, with some of the most marginalized populations with severe and chronic mental health issues. I’ve provided mental health services and case management to those experiencing homelessness, debilitating mental health symptoms, and those who need support navigating the system.
I’m here to support your grow and facilitate meeting your goals. I’m passionate about quality care and here to hold your hand through your process.

I received my bachelor's in psychology in 2013 and my master's in social work in 2016. I interned in a community housing program and LGBTQ focused inpatient drug rehabilitation center. I’ve worked as an outreach therapist, providing therapy, case management, juvenile and jail services, and assisted in daily living skills. I’ve been an intensive outpatient therapist and case manager for individuals on Least Restrictive Alternatives (LRA) and those with severe and chronic mental illnesses. I’ve spent the last few years as a clinical social worker at a state psychiatric hospital. I was brought on to work on a specialized ward for violent patients and then as a hospital consultant for violent and challenging patients. I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
I believe in transparency. I have been through the system and experienced it firsthand. I am also publicly transparent that I am involved in the Kink and Queer communities.
I do not prescribe medications, but I am familiarized with psychotropic medications, side effects, and navigating medication management through psychiatrists and primary care doctors. It is sometimes difficult to communicate with a prescriber. I am available to coordinate care with medication and medical care providers.
