Kink, non-monogamy, queer/LGBTQIA2S+, sex worker friendly, and pro-Palestinian.
I believe in meeting people where they’re at with the understanding of the systems they are impacted by. I believe in radical acceptance, unconditional care, and creating a truly non-judgmental space when it comes to mental health.
Recovery and management should be realistic to each person’s individual capacities, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. I incorporate values, self-awareness, and deconstructing shame in my care. I believe in the importance of incorporating the state of the world into recovery; you can’t self-care away systems of oppression.
I believe in proletarianism, equity, abolition of carceral and punitive systems, and social justice for all. I strive to be anti-racist and culturally aware.
I am a queer, kinky, immigrant. I have spent most of my career working in inpatient and outpatient settings, with some of the most marginalized populations with severe and chronic mental health issues. I’ve provided mental health services and case management to those experiencing homelessness, debilitating mental health symptoms, and those who need support navigating the system. My transition into private practice allows me to provide services to those experiencing symptoms that most providers stigmatize. Most of my clients have higher-support needs or experience higher acuity symptoms such as psychosis, dissociationing, mania, PTSD, explosive responses, and substance use.
I’m here to support your growth and facilitate meeting your goals. I’m passionate about quality care and here to hold your hand through your process.

Whether you experience chronic mental health symptoms or need support to meet your goals, we can work together to find realistic approaches to manage and stabilize your life.
I am knowledgeable in supporting those who experience mild or chronic symptoms of psychosis, manic/depressive episodes, severe anxiety, depression, violence/aggression, or other chronic or severe mental health symptoms; know that you will be unconditionally cared for in a non-judgmental environment.
It’s difficult trying to navigate and find what services you may need. If you're finding difficulty with financial services, housing, substance use support, or medical advocacy, you’ll have a trained social worker whose been through the system and worked in the system.
I will also happily connect with your other providers to coordinate your care.
I am certified in facilitating KAP. If you are receiving ketamine medicine for treatment, I can facilitate your journey.
