I incorporate different styles of therapeutic modalities such as Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Action and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems, Interpersonal Therapy, Strengths Based, Humanistic, and/or Solution focused to work with you to create an individualized care plan.
